Chat told me this morning that everything is resolved but issues are still being evaluated by their team. Those can’t both be true. It’s fixed or it isn’t. No fixed but still looking into issues.

So they have to take the banner down and say it’s resolved when it’s not our rose they’d be beholden to continued compensation
I was turned down for compensation as well. I asked so I could test it out with a bonus before wasteing more of my money. Got a hard no. Told to use a deposit bonus or refer a friend. Its comical at this point we are all a bunch of fools staying loyal where we shouldn’t be.
Its not working. I feel like I have no other options but to take my business to another trustworthy book. I have asked around. Its not an easy thing to do when I have been a die hard loyal to Bovada for a decade. I put hundreds of thousands into this site and and what I got back was no where near what I lost. Its entertainment, so I stayed. Now I feel insulted.

I dont know if this helps anyone, but i found that if i click on something other than casino, like sports or poker, and then hit log in under one of those, it logs me in and then will give me normal actions like deposit and withdraw, and it will also let me go to the casino tab. But the key is that ypu have to tap a different tab and then log in under that. But if you go to poker, for example, and it says you are logged in, go to the top right corner and tap log out and then log in again not when in the casino tab and that helps as well. I am curious to know if this works for other people or if its only mine so please comment and let me know if it helps. Good luck

I am having multiple issues off and on accessing the sportbook and casino. I completed all steps regarding clearing history, using chrome, incognito, etc….
For now chrome seems to be working in some aspects but still not fully functioning.
I redeemed my crypto exclusive free spins for Santa’s Way but when I get into the game it does not prompt me to use them.
Getting very frustrating having to reach out to chat support on almost a daily basis…
The free spins not working is a system issue, this is being investigated.

did anyone else have trouble logging in…then once you are able to log in, the games would freeze and make you reload the page when you’re in the middle of a spin or free games? i’m so over the reload issue when i’m playing…and the fact that we never get any free bonus play anymore. i’ve spent over $4k in the last 25 days or so and was told to refer a friend or deposit more when i asked for bonus play. Bovada hasn’t been customer friendly for months now and i’m just disappointed overall…not that they care anyways. just had to vent.
Can you add me to the ticket of the Santa’s Ways free spins not working? I emailed customer service about this and upfront told them I already cleared cached and all troubleshooting issues and got the most generic response to clear cache and restart my modem. Really poor. Why not just respond that it’s an issue and they are looking into it……
You shouldn’t need adding, this will be resolved for all players once it is.
It’s pathetic for the last few days now i try to log in and sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t so i change to incognito tab and same thing and now I’m supposed to have free games for santas way and when i go there it tells me to make a deposit
