I am having issues login in
Still having the same issues…error messages when attempting to log in via mobile app (tried on 2 different phones!). Also, for a couple of weeks now, on a laptop, the “single game” Parlay Builder tool. Customer service repeatedly told me it was an issue on my end, but the “prop builder” tool would sometimes show up on the mobile app, and sometimes not. But, since I can’t use the mobile app currently, this is very disruptive to being able to place some of my favorite types of bets. Fix this now or I’ll look to cash out and go elsewhere.
I havent been able to login through the app in 3 days. I’m having to login through and incognito browser and thats only working half the time. Im loyal to Bovada but this is getting really annoying. Its a pain having to use a Chrome incognito browser to login.

Any idea when it will be fixed? It has been over 2 weeks issue started and getting worst. Can’t IT team rollback whatever they put and fix later?
Also another issue that I noticed not sure about other players, prop builder stops working 3 hrs prior to Sunday early NFL games since last 2 weeks. Tried it on other site (not sister site) same issue. It could be an issue with vendor that bovada is using for prop builder. It starts to work prior to noon games.
No updates unfortunately, we keep sending information of new reports, and it’s still being investigated is as much as we can tell you at this time.
Part of this might be some weird networking DNS screwup somewhere… I ping bovada.lv and i get wildly different response times… the IP address changes (thats normal)…but some of the ip addresses are much less responsive then others… i’ll try to nail more down today.
This has been going on way to long now i have only been able to login if i go incognito mode and i can win on anything Bovada you need to take care of this its been going on for over a week now

I saw this thread last night but my login to the website and portal is so unstable it will just reload and reload and say signed in but teams out and never aogns in, late at night I have been able to get the website to hold for 15 mins twice, sports betting and poker has been so bad I didn’t even regret sports, I deposited last night to see if it was fixed, got 5 spins in and went up and then I spun gaom and every spin would freeze out or lag out, it would double tap the spin butyon when I was trying to refresh and I juat went ahead and just basically withdrew a little less than my deposit becausr it’s unplayable atability wise and no matter what browser or icong itp mode I use it just kicla me and asks for my password when I never logged out. The other times it’s just geeks out so instead of the usually deposit once or twice a day and lose all week I was only really able to even get the login page itself to load 2 to 3 times. Just been really wild but wanted to be able to respond to this post somehow.

Regarding the login issues, we have escalated this internally, and the team is currently investigating. Many players have been able to log in without issue recently, but we’re still working on a full resolution for those who are still experiencing problems.
As for the poker, we haven’t received widespread reports, but we’re aware of some live betting issues and have already created a thread in the forum for players to report them. If you’re referring to live betting specifically, we’re actively looking into it.
For the casino game freezes, clearing your cache and reloading the game may help resolve any stuck rounds. If this doesn’t work, feel free to send us a PM with the details—game name, date, and time of the issue—and we’ll check if the round is still open or if we need to escalate it further. Please note that the stake won’t change, but we’ll do what we can to make sure things are resolved.

The poll is a good idea, i definitely mentioned it earlier here or in live betting issues thread. Im imaging itll be tough to find users without any issues heres besides bovada employees but we should try it.
Cant even log in. Keep giving me an error. NEED TO FIX IT PLEASE!!! BEEN A FEW DAYS NOW. Wont be able to login unless you go incognito only.

I don’t know a single person who uses this site ( and that’s a lot of people v,) who isn’t having issues
There are legit a thousands of social media posts on this and not a single commenter who says everything is working perfectly for them
What’s occurring is the site is sinking people who haven’t reached out to them aren’t having any hates as opposed to the murder likely scenarios if A. they’re just playing elsewhere B. They don’t play rlenough to have noticed or care or C. They can’t access the site to complain
But there’s a 0.0% shot Bovada is actively v reaching out to players to check and see if they’re having issues c which is the only way they’d know for certain that they weren’t
