As an aside when i reached out to CS this morning the agent told me they couldn’t comp again ( despute the issue being ongoing) because i " an not experiencing any issues logging on currently"
Apparently the new baseline standard for the site is if you can successfully log in 40% of the time after opening a new incognito tab there other 60% of the time doesnt count and the fact you can’t leave the site or refresh the page without getting kicked out doesn’t count either

Yeah used to get comped for casino being down an hour or just minor stuff. Now it’s major issues and multiple weeks and only one comp. It’s wild what’s going on.

After almost 15 years on Bovada I’m out. This outage crap with the app not working is a total pain in the ass and no end in sight. Too many others out there with less functional issues. It was good run though on Bovada until recently. They def pay out immediatley and app was great until recently.
Same bro. This website has gone to crap. It’s very frustrating trying to navigate it. Not sure what happened the last two months. Giving this app until Sunday if it doesn’t improve I’m pulling my money and going to a different website.

There are no current updates at this time, but please know that the issue is still being investigated. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we have more information.
FYI, things started working as of 10pm pacific time… let’s see if it continues.
It’s responding better today. Login on cell chrome browser still an issue.

Me too it’s been super laggy the last week
Im still having issues with logging in only way i can login is if i go incognito and having to do that and playing i cant win on anything i play bovada you guys need to fix the login issues its been like a week

I have no problems now on my pc using chrome… site responds well…all good.
I still cannot get in on my phone using chrome… but can using Firebox…weird!
Yep … used to get compensated for being a loyal player while they fix the bugs. Those days are long gone. I wonder what happened. The bigger they get the tighter they are. I finally got back in after 5 days of waiting for login to work. I got in once incognito yesterday. I have spent (lost)so much money in here it makes me sick if i ever look at my history thats way i try not to look. I wish i could say im over it but until i find something else I’ll continue to loss here
Can’t post on webissues but I can’t load any new slot games any one else can vouch for it?
