any chance we will receive some extra compensation for these? deposited over 2 hours ago and still nothing…received small compensation earlier in day for the site being down…but its looking like im going to miss tonights action with my actual deposit at this rate

I just called the hosted team and they told me that they are quantifying the situation and will provide a bonus for the inconvenience by the end of the night.
Like many others, i am hoping for that amount to exceed $50 as well. I have wagered >25k in the past 7 days and my betting history will show how active I am during the period of the maintenance outage.
@Moderators, can you confirm or provide any feedback on the plan for compensation?

@moderators Can you please update us on whether or not MatchPay is working? This banner is still displayed but it looks like I’m able to request deposits and potentially withdrawals. Thanks.
I believe Matchpay is currently down, I believe we removed it as an option due to the site issues while we resolved them. It will eventually be put back up once we’ve confirmed and resolved all issues. There are still a few items that needs to be fixed.
I mean it hasn’t worked for me for a week so…. 
I spoke to customer service twice today and the first gentleman assured me there would be compensation but was unable to do anything at that time. I chatted again later with some issues with match pay and this service rep apologized and said sorry and said I needed to be patient and I would be contacted at later time concerning compensation. Just confused that some people have received compensation already. I realize the compensation is not a given but just irritated at the inconsistent messages and actions that seem to be occurring.

best moderator here 100%I don’t think futures bets are offered early cashout but I could be wrong. I only say this because I had a futures bet on UNC winning the title. The early cashout was never available during the whole game on Monday.

I was curious. Was thinking because of the higher potential payout of a parlay they might offer something. but there’s also the greater chance of a parlay losing over a single bet anyway

Definitely let us know if you can get an early cashout or maybe a mod can answer. It would be good for future reference. I think because it’s classified as a futures bet, it just stands until the season is over.
