should not have to complain , they should offer something for everybody . This was a huge glitch on their part and its not the first time. Somebody should let us know what is coming as far as compensation and when it is coming.

Hey least you got something. I was playing poker and got kicked out multiple times. I couldn’t bet on mlb opening day. I didn’t complain…but hoping you don’t have to complain to get a bonus.

Yeah I’m being patient hoping they do the right thing here on their own like the last time, it would be nice to know for sure you won’t need to go to the chat or cs to receive a bonus.

The live chat is bad on a good day, can only imagine what it’s been like today, dont really have the time to wait 20 mins or more for someone there anyway. Half the time the person on the other end isn’t even helpful, to put it nicely.

I find it kind of ridiculous that hosted players aren’t receiving the $50-100 compensation bonuses that non hosted players are receiving while it is decided by the site how much more players should receive for the outage today

I used the chat twice. The first person said they weren’t giving anything out until everything was fixed, I think. The chat just went away before I was finished reading it. The second time the person gave me 30.

So I just complained to CS, they gave me $50! CS rep told that was most he could do because I didn’t reach out earlier today. What kind of BS is that!? My response was I wasn’t going to complain to them directly when mods were answering my questions and keeping us somewhat updated. Didn’t make a diff.



That’s ridiculous if they expected us to reach out then, especially given the thread here and the info about this compensation being sorted out after everything was fixed and the situation was fully assessed…that would be frustrating if that’s the case, that we should have complained before. I’d love more clarity here.
