LOL! I was just chatting as well and was told it was based on A) How many times the player has complained and B) the financials within the players account history. i asked for the meaning behind statement A and was told if you complain or ask for compensation, you won’t get bonus funds…¯_(ツ)_/¯

I was playing higher stakes then usual for me during the outage so definitely would qualify, I had forgotten about the compensation and today saw there was an option to claim on my rewards. I clicked to claim it and do not see anything added to my account. Did I do something wrong?
