Getting free money for basically a minor inconvenience that probably saved people money on lost bets, still gets people in here complaining.

To be fair, as CS likes to put it, it’s a case-by-case situation . Some may have benefited and some may have not. 
I’m asking if you go to your Transactions tab, do you see anything there?
Also try going to your Withdrawals tab in your account and see what the latest transaction is under there.
Did you by chance make a Bitcoin withdrawal within 3 days prior to this one? Looks like they haven’t processed it yet if that is the latest transaction you see. But, it’s on record
