I’m also wondering the same thing. I’ve been waiting since last night for my ticket to be graded & still haven’t received a payout

The problem was an issue that the 3rd party that provide the props wagers had, causing them to be incorrectly settled. This has needless to say given our team a backlog.
There are still quite a lot of outstanding wagers to be settled at this time, the team are working as fast as they can to get everything settled.
