Seems like many users have this issue. Long ago, I faced multi session issue while playing hot drop games. When contacted customer care chat, they suggested to use incognito mode in chrome. Since then am using incognito mode in chrome or private browser in edge browsers. So today I tried to take screenshots, it said canât take screenshot due to restriction. Just realized it wonât allow to take screenshot in incognito or private mode. Took screen recording but the video is fully black. My bad!
To confirm those are the games you tried to play today?
Anyone else getting a disconnection during every single game? I tried 2 browsers and on my phone and laptop. Of course I cleared the cache on both
Yep and I got screwed out of 3800 win cuz of it so shady. Won 3800 disconnected and came back and winnings not there

Ive cleared my cache like theyve asked and the games are resuming or paying.

They should at least put a banner up since itâs likely going to be a day or two for them to figure it out.
Amazing how you call in and they have no idea there is an issue. Clearing cache didnât help
Yeah same happened to me. Missing money and moderators acting like its a one off incident. Got the classic âwe will review it and wait for further detailsâ

Same here. Lost $150 which had before the issue and lost all by keep trying in laptop and mobile in fast pace.
