Ya i had aura angels and dragon phoenix crash without paying or resuming. I messaged support. Then when i logged back in i got a message on the home screen saying some customers may have problems in the casino. I was getting crushed and was like when i finally got a winner it crashed. Hope they fix it.

It seems to be crashing on any winning spin. I have tried multiple games and as long as its a losing spin it will complete the spin, but if it is a winning spin it freezes up before it pays. What kind of crap is this? Like it wasnt hard enough to win here already

I was playing reels & wheels XL and was on bonus 12 free spins and won 200 dollars playing 5 dollar spins then it showed session lost and I went back in game and I didn’t not have winning can you please help.

It seems to eventually payout in ur balance. Something is wrong with games tho major glitch and Bovada isn’t even aware

I too facing the issue of games breaking. Was playing lawless ladies game, and balance was $144 and the spin landed with olive green lady symbol in first two columns and third came up with expanding wild. Suddenly showed reload game error pop up and behind it showed prize amount running in digits and big win banner. After I reload the game again, no winnings 
Please provide the round details so that we could take a look at it.
Reels XL exhibited the same behavior as shatheplayer described above. The game would be functioning fine then at times a pop up would appear along the lines of a disconnection occurred please reload the game. I would proceed to do so and could play for a minute tops before getting the same pop up. This continued until I had a winning spin which it tallied up in the center of the screen like usual then the pop up happened. Reloaded the game and I was not credited for the win. Also Chrome Incognito on up to date versions of Google Chrome on iOS and Windows. Same behavior.
Appreciate the full description, I do not see an open round in your gameplay. Can you provide more details of that round itself?
Tried multiple games. All are breaking in the middle to reload game. Sometime, not able to start the game itself, getting something went wrong and try again. Some getting can’t initialize and contact casino. Tried in both laptop with different browser and in mobile. Unable to play any games. Am trying again and losing only money.

Upload a video or screen shot? Everyone is literally complaining about this and this is the response??
