Wrong Bet settlement

So I placed a 4 player HR RR parlay by 2s. 6 total bets at 10$ a bet.

Trea Turner- Hit HR
Tyler Stephenson- Hit HR
Rowdy Tellez- Lose
Keibert Ruiz- Did not Play

My final Settled wager was
Turner/Stephenson Win
Turner/Ruiz Loss
Turner Tellez Loss
Stephenson/Ruiz loss
Stephenson/Tellez loss
Ruiz/Tellez loss

My question is how do my two parlays
Turner/Ruiz
Stephenson/Ruiz
end up in a loss? Shouldn’t they have been graded as a single win by both Turner and Stephenson for +250 and +350 giving me back 25$+10 and 35$+10?
I feel like I’m getting screwed not only out of my wager but also out of a partial settlement?

Looks like a round robin bet not a parlay?

Yes it is but wouldn’t the void and the HR I.e. Turner/Ruiz be graded at at least a void?

Yeah if Ruiz didn’t play at all then that should be vous
