How many of the participants won free spins and didn’t receive them? The reason this competition was put on in the first place? If I had to guess the free play issued wouldn’t have been much more if you all would have credited 20 to community members who won free spins and were unable to play them 
it would be the 20 free play to make up for the issues with the free spins promotion not to loose additional competition to surely some players who didn’t win the original promotion in the first place

Exactly. 100% They should have only let the people who won freespins and didn’t receive them into this contest. Otherwise how is it fair to those who “won” in the first place and still haven’t received squat?!
