Hilariously whenever I do win big enough to matter, I’m told someone from finance will be in touch and I chase and hear nothing or MAGICALLY withdrawals get stuck freezing my ability to do anything for 4+ days.

I will miss it here.

Bovada should revamp with Bovada 2.0. in that Robots should handle the systems instead of current incapable IT staff as well as customer care. the system issues are happening once a week now a days and hopefully every day in the coming days. be ready guys.

Man y’all’s it department is worthless…like I totally get the mods have No control over this and can only provide an update when they get one or the green light to give it…but it should be pinned on top of your website so when customers log on they see it….instead of having to deposit money only to find out shits broken.

I see a drop in player base soon.

No that ownership is on Bovada. A customer shouldn’t have to research if shit is working or not when they know they have system issues.

Not everyone follows them on Twitter or use this forum.

constant issues all the time anymore

Like my issue occurred right when they had the system issue…ok no problem I get it what ticks me off now is they’re not properly announcing it which in turn causes more issues…and based on experience they’re not adequately staffed to handle all of it in a timely manner.

Note that we are now somewhat back and able to review accounts and the transfer issues seem to be resolved for the most part. We’ll be opening back up the market and looking into previous inquiries. It will likely take us some time to catch up here, so it may take some time to get to any current or recent requests.
