oh nooo. again??? can’t even deposit or use bonuses still? is this issue getting resolved today ay least!? what gives 


I had a issue with wager(placed single bet somehow took it as paralay with ankther bet combined) and reached out to CS thrice and was told they cannot access the systems and now my wgaer is settled as a loss and this is huge loss and have been losing since a month , really bad CS
Ryan I appreciate all the work you and the mod team do…I don’t appreciate the frequency of issues and promotional team randomness.

I just reached out to CS and they told me they cannot access the accounts but here mod are saying issue resolved. Who is telling wrong info don’t know but I trust mod only as they are at least genuine.
Everyone being affected then affects me so I need the compensation just as everyone 

yeah this is getting too repetitive. tech issues every few days it seems lately. with that and the repetition of losing non stop AND never getting reward points drops anymore. Bovada a been a real bummer lately. i would like to think they’d be extra generous and drop to everyone who atleast deposits consistently after the last time this happened but no go

We have no confirmation of compensation being paid out as of yet; but, in the past, we have done our utmost to put things right. We are still working on a few issues, and progress is being made as we speak; if we get more information, we will undoubtedly share it.
I just contacted CS to check on my wager and was told the system is still down and they cannot access my account, they did suggest me to follow on community Forum but here i see that issue is somehwat fixed so confused
Again mixed message. Ryan told they were able to access the accounts and now you told differently. CS told differently. Please provide one proper info whether it is correct or not.

Going on 5 hours since I noticed and made a call to see what was going on.
Repeated tech issues, uptick in delayed payouts/withdrawals is really concerning… has me doubting my trust in the site.
I lost the trust with bovada as they talk policies but when it comes to reality it’s a big zero. My friend told me he uses other wagering company and never had even single problem from past two years unless regular maintenance. Here weekly one issue and mixed messages.
May be it’s the time to move on.

Yea my issue was resolved and got to enjoy my money for 10 mins…now I’m done I’m gonna contact cs to close my account…but they must have bajillion people waiting
