Ran out of money in my Bovada account. Attempted to deposit so I could play the day slate of MLB games today. Couldn’t. Of course the Mets, Pirates, Dodgers and Guardians all won and covered -1.5 too :upside_down_face:

Please help me Bovada. Tell me if this going to be an every week thing so I can take my business elsewhere

I feel like at this point it would make sense to hire all us forum members as customer service…. I mean… we are on here a responding more than the actual employees and most of the time we know more about what working/not working then they even do……

Chats first response when I asked for compensation was “try depositing and let us know if it works” :joy::joy: probably the worst response possible

@moderators please make a note that chat rep Jezer is very aggressively attempting to get me to make a deposit. This is beyond not okay in this situation

Got the $50 bonus by providing the screenshot of this chat.

Just remember if the first person you’re speaking to is being a ‘you know what’ just end the chat, start a new one and get a better person. First chat support wasn’t having it, but Sopo D. helped me out right away haha

I feel ya buddy. I get it. It just sucks when you deposit thousands in a few days and everyone is compensated the same. It is what it is.

I just got $50 from chat , no begging , no hard time. Just asked for compensation and waited 3 or 4 minutes and given the $50
