This impacted all of us. No reason some people should get a bonus and others shouldnt

Still is strange however there was never an official word from the Moderator team. I’m sure there are people out there that didn’t look at this thread or see our comments saying to ask for a $50 bonus. You’d think Bovada would operate another rewards point bonus sitewide or do something where you can opt in for it on the community page. @moderators
it seems only certain people are getting the bonus when they reach out to customer service…and some do not. Under normal circumstance i can understand why some would not depending on their recent activities but in this case everyone should get one whose been active today should get one.
Forget it. The site hasn’t been paying me in days. This always happens in the weeks following a huge event like Super Bowl and Final 4! Every time!
Unless @moderators if you are able to reimburse this inconvenience and trump the 3rd party company chat agent that basically told me to F off. I’d appreciate anything that is able to be given as my peers have received. This did impact all of us.
