Was coming on here to vent about losing. I can’t win to save my life on this site. If I play slots and get a bonus it pays nothing. I usually play live dealer blackjack and roulette. Today I deposited $580 couldn’t hit anything on either game. Got a $40 bonus from customer service. Didn’t win anything on that. This site when I first started you could play awhile but now it just takes everything you got. I always just hope I can make $100 profit but that shit is impossible these days.
I have to email the “bonus team” for a bonus now lol. I don’t even waste time with it anymore.
Try the computer blackjack games rather than the live dealers… if you lose 4/5 hands back to back or the dealer shows a "A, face card or 10 everytime… just stop playing…

This has been concerning to me as well. I’ve been seriously considering just stopping all together.
It’s like you can never get ahead. It doesn’t really matter how much they offer you to be able to withdraw, you can’t ever get that high.
I also did a deposit, got up to a couple grand but hadn’t met my commitment for being allowed to withdraw. So I had to keep playing. Of course, when you lose you lose your money and winnings first and as long as you have bonus money left you can’t withdraw with most bonuses. So I tried without bonuses and it seems like a vacuum sucking the money up, regardless of the game. I’m just doing slots as well.
i was told that for months. i was finally able to get one like 3 weeks ago and since then ive only got 2. I think depending on your player status if you are a legend 1 or higher,the bonus will not be available for us now …maybe like once a month or so if even that… you would think that being at that level you would get top service or automatic bonus and perks but nope…when they know you’re gonna keep depositing and playing… they will continue to take your funds and give no bonus
Just thought I would check my transactions. I didn’t deposit that much, so that includes bonuses, but how do you end up with 0?
