What does that even mean? Excessive contact?
We deposit hundreds, some thousands weekly of daily who knows, are we not allowed to contact a bunch of times if we want?

Excessive contact would mean contacting multiple times throughout the day about the same thing after you’ve been provided with a resolution. In most cases, accounts are restricted to contact via email when they are contacting support multiple times to request a bonus. Usually, if you are advised by CS that an offer isn’t available, more often than not, that won’t change within the day. As such, it would only make sense for us to have persons who are repeatedly contacting us for bonuses reach out via email in an effort to ensure CS agents are available for persons with other queries.

I don’t think the answer will change for months. I’ve been trying to get free play for months and they “ check daily”. It’s a joke to ask at this point

If you say u deposited $2200 then according to your “money in/out” you played with almost 19k that tells me it’s not a casino problem it’s a you don’t know when to quit problem… you had almost 20x your deposit pass through your hands. Rip ego

Except, I didn’t deposit it all in one go. I deposited $500 to get the bonus. When I got up to $3k or so, I couldn’t withdraw as I hadn’t met the requirements for using the bonus. It was literally nothing but losses and when I was down to a couple hundred, I would withdraw. So I started depositing smaller amounts, but every time, I’d win, then start losing. The losing always came off of what I had put in and the winnings prior to it touching the bonus money.
The $19k wasn’t I had a $19k balance at one point. If I was down to $100, I’d get a $250 win, which would bring me to $350 but still not to the point I could withdraw, just keep playing.
If it had gotten to $19k, I would have withdrawn. When it got to $2k I wanted to withdraw, but I couldn’t.
If I was at a real casino and I started at $200 and doubled it to $400, I’d put $200 back into my pocket and play on the winnings. I’d do that stepping it up. If I got up to winning hand pays, They’d be going into the pocket as well. There is no pocket here. I’ve been down to $18 and hit $200, I’d go look at my status and see how much was available to withdraw, and there’d still be an amount on the bonus still. $5 or something.
I only started playing here recently, but the bonuses and offers stopped, other than the standard ones. But if they have a certain amount times what you received in bonus to wager in order to withdraw, I don’t use them.
Even when you redeem the $15 here and there, you still have to wager $15 before you can withdraw. So you have to get to zero to withdraw, as it counts the first in last out.
This has gotten ridiculous. I play sets of 10 spins. I just love getting all the bonus rounds of 10 free spins! I love getting the free spins and still end up negative after the original 10 plus the 10 free ones! Oooh and if I do happen to be in the green after a set, I can almost always guarantee that I’ll go AT LEAST 0-10 on the next set. Last leg for me if “my luck” doesn’t change. Only thing worth playing here is sports (real sports)

I finally achieved the rollover on a bonus!!… oh wait, that last losing spin that got me past the rollover brought my balance below 10 so I couldn’t withdraw😞

Yeah, sorry man. I wish it was a little different too. Even when you get like weekly free spins and you watch 50 spins with not one single hit you know something is wrong. It is just not possible to lose that constantly. A regulated casino would lose it’s license.
