We have decided to do a little quiz regarding the forum, and especially to raise awareness of our trading best practices.

I don’t know if it has been intentionally done, but seems like a lot of voters have casted votes for some questions and missed voting on others. So, for the benefit of those who maybe didn’t notice, you have to click “Vote now!” on each of the questions.

   Never send any funds until you have confirmed you have received payment.

   Both of these methods can cause problems when trading, and chargebacks are also common, stay away if possible!

   Unfortunately we are unable to due to account security, you should contact Customer Services via live chat for assistance with this.

   Do not take another players word that they have funds available, even if a screenshot is provided.

   Do not trade outside of the marketplace, we will be unable to help should things go wrong.

    We do not allow selling on behalf of another player. All players selling must have funds available in their account and free from any rollover requirements.

15. What is the prize pool for the current Community Member Exclusive Freeroll final?
    $1000

16. When is it ok to ask another player to loan you some funds so you can play?
    A. Never
    Fronting of funds or later payment on a trade is not allowed, and can lead to account restrictions or even removal of access.

17. How many marketplace posts are you allowed at any one time?
    A. 1 Buying or 1 Selling
    Only 1 marketplace post at a time please, you can comment on it to bump it up should you wish to.

18. You are trading via private message and think you may have been scammed, what is your best course of action?
    A. Add Moderators to the thread using the dropdown box

Emails can take up to 48 hours to answer, depending on volume.

We do not always see new threads, and it would likely need to be changed to a private message to get details anyway.

Adding @moderators in a private message does absolutely nothing, we receive no notification unless we are actually a participant in the thread.

If the player does not respond, let us know asap, that could be the difference between preventing a scam or them taking your money.
