If there’s a tire after the tiebreaker we will have a 10 pick eliminator on Monday
No pistol duel?
You’re no fun
Congratulations to our first Final Four competitor,
@TheGreedyFish, who has now moved ahead of @johnl57, 12-9, with only one contested game remaining.
Good pickin’ johnl57. Just wasn’t good enough this round.
OMG!
@jwrobel21, @ngiftakis , @Camelwak1257, @CLew21, @nrunkel, and @BomboRiviera all finished Saturday night with 15 points. All have the same picks for the final three games Sunday, so those three matches will all go to tiebreaker!
@Rmilia1 rejected my ideas of pistols-at-10-paces duels, or even the less bloody rock-paper-scissors, so I guess we’ll have to wait for Sunday’s 3pm EST UTSA-Rice game to be over and see how the tiebreakers turned out.
Good luck all!

Crazy game, thought for sure was going over after first half. Great game though @Camelwak1257
Yeah they started real strong, looked good for me, didnt keep that up though.

@TheGreedyFish @BomboRiviera @CLew21 @ngiftakis
Just a heads up guys
The final 4 is gong to be different
You’ll all be competing vs each other but just importantly it’s conference tourney week so matchups aren’t go by to be dry days in advance
Do I’ll be posting the games one day at a time
Thursdays ganes will go up Wednesday night. Fridays on Thursday night etc
Picks each day will be due by 11 AM EST
So you’re going to have a small window to get picks in so no jacking around m if you’re late your late. No exceptions
Picks this week need to be DMdx reach day to @StndrDeviant not posted publicly
Any questions holler
Just to underscore the point: you will NOT post your picks publicly. You’ll send a DM to me each day before the deadline. If you forget and post publicly, you’re only tipping your hand to your opponents. Hopefully @Rmilia1 will get the mods to lock the thread immediately after he posts the games.
And I know many conference tournaments start games early in the day. For example (and I’m not saying these will be games Rmilia1 will pick; that’s his call and I doubt even he knows this far in advance which games he’ll choose), here are a few games from the Big Ten tournament schedule:
Wednesday, March 11
G3: No. 9 Iowa vs. Game 1 winner, noon (Peacock)
G4: No. 12 Washington vs. No. 13 USC, 2:30 p.m. (Peacock)
Thursday, March 12
- G7: No. 8 Ohio State vs. Game 3 winner, noon (BTN)
- G8: No. 5 Wisconsin vs. Game 4 winner, 2:30 p.m. (BTN)
Friday, March 13
- G11: No. 1 Michigan vs. Game 7 winner, noon (BTN)
- G12: No. 4 Nebraska vs. Game 8 winner, 2:30 p.m. (BTN)
If you live in the Central time zone, we’re talking 11 a.m., and if you live in the west, that’s 9 a.m.! So set your alarms and reminders and tell Alexa to yell at you!
Congrats again.
