Bug in new craps game

Paul…,you need to become the ceo of bovada. Honestly you fix crap that bovada doesn’t seem to care about. Bovada should give you a raise and put you at the top of the food chain .

We do try to help our players as much as we can. but genuinely, sometimes our hands are tied so there is only so much we can do!
Anyway the ball has started rolling on this again, so hopefully CS will contact you soon with some news.

@moderators I’m sorry but im honestly furious that this still hasent been resolved yet. I’ve provided ample evidence that money was just being removed out of my account. Its been 9 days since it happened and ive been lied to and just told to be patient time and time again. Im sick of being patient. How long does it take to watch a 10 second video and see that money that i did not bet was removed from my account. I thought there would be some sort of urgency considering i was lied to for 4 days about them reviewing the video in the first place but cs just doesnt seem to care at all

I mean tell me if im in the wrong for being upset about this but i was straight up stolen from and lied to and paul is the only one that has even remotely attempted to do anything about it.

There are no updates as of yet, but I have just requested on the tickets to see if there is any progress.

Also i just want to make sure someone is actually looking into it because every time ive spoke with cs they tell me that i havent responded to the message asking for the video and ask me to send that in first

If they are actually looking into it how can they not have any kind of update. A yes we see what the issue is and they are looking further into it or no they dont see anything. Just some kind of update. From my point of view its very obvious that something went wrong but its a 10 second video how can it take 13 days to look at that and determine if there is or is not something wrong?

Someone had posted about bovada not caring about its customers and i always chalked it up to people being sore losers but its getting hard not to feel the same way. I mean hell i know gambling is a risk and it sucks but i dont get mad when i lose the money i deposit because i expect it in the end. As long as i got some enjoyment out of it thats what matters. But the money im trying to get back was just removed from my account without actually being bet. Its pretty obvious from my transaction history that I’m most likely going to just play the money back until i lose it anyways and the $70 that was taken from my balance is a drop in the ocean of what i have deposited.

TL;DR I dont feel apreciated and its starting to feel less like a casino and more like a money grab
