I’ve been using bitpay wallet because you can transfer your crypto to a bitpay debit card and I use to withdraw cash and also make purchases. Now they’ve added features to buy crypto from different providers as well. I prefer ethereum because of fast confirmations and speed. my favorite exchange is coinbase. been around for awhile and reliable
I use litecuin since the fees are the lowest, I do it though jiggle or blockchain or Coinbase.
I use Coinbase. Love it. I like cashing out thru tether. Fastest way money gets to me.
Paypal and bitcoin cash are the easiest

My exchange of choice is Coinbase, not the quickest to send funds but most users and support.
For wallets I recommend Exodus for its fast transactions with low fees.
Personally I like Bitcoin cash as preferred crypto because the congestion time isn’t that long and the fee is not that much too. Compared to etherem and Bitcoin, it is very cost friendly and reliable speaking from personal experience.
Coinbase is my exchange of choice since I’m in the U.S. as it seems the safest option when it comes to security and a low probability it will go under and I will lose my funds. It has a solid selection of coins to trade and my experience with their support has always been great!
When it comes to depositing my funds to Bovada my favorite wallet is Electron and Electron Cash for BTc and Bitcoin Cash respectively. It is so seamless and easy to use and I find it much simpler to use than Exodus which I know a lot of people prefer, but for me it is more hassle than it’s worth when it comes to sending funds to Bovada specifically. Exodus has never failed me and makes everything fast and easy!
I use crypto.com because it allows me to deposit into bovada with no 24hr wait.
Coinbase for sure. PayPal works too 
Litecoin is my favorite for any transactions, but to hold, I enjoy the rollercoaster and optimism that is xrp/ripple lol longtime rollercoaster rider with that one. But I use exodus as the wallet to do my transactions and the simple UI and how easy it is to transfer my account to a new device and the pure simplicity and execution of the wallet overall.
I mainly use cash app for buy and sell Bitcoin. For me it’s convenient and easy. I like you can choice withdrawal speed. I always use rush within 10 mins my deposit usually post in my bovada account. I also use Exodus secured wallet where I store all my crypto currencies if I do win sometimes.
I use Atomic Wallet and Cashapp. I prefer cashapp for my use on this and other gambling sites simply because It is very easy to convert to cash when I make withdrawals (which btw happens in minutes)and retrieve from ATMS. I prefer Atomic Wallet because they have a very wide variety of crypto to chose from If I would like to invest.
