I’m a regular player and they have not given me deposit bonuses before but never this.
Another player sent me a player transfer in the midst of this madness. It took the money from their account but never deposited it into mines. When this gets resolved will I receive the transfer or will it go back to the player that sent it to me ???
I deposited $365 earlier with USDT at 10:08 AM PST over 6.5 hours ago now. Anytime I hit up support they say “Keep an eye on your account for the funds, rest assured our team is working on it.”
Sick so I’m just out $365 for the unforeseen future but yet whenever Bovada makes a mistake and incorrectly settles a losing wager, they make my account go negative by withdrawing the incorrect funds instantly.
Yet we as customers only get $50 in bonus funds as compensation when several people are just out thousands of dollars.
This is absurd and absolutely ridiculous.
I was able to successfully deposit a test amount about 30 mins ago with zero issues.
The fact Bovada isn’t even sending out messages to players with updates on their investigation or the cause is even more concerning. #Clowns

Yea this is crazy, I deposited at 11 am central time and still haven’t received it ………last time they gave us 100$ bonus but it lasted days

This is disgusting. I cant believe how much money i lose in this damn casino and this is how we all get treated.
After all of this i am done playing their damn casino and only betting sports moving forward.
So dissapponted in the moderators and those above them for this dibocal and lack of transparecy.
They are all just waiting for us to deposit again before giving us our original deposits

All our deposits just disappeared into thin air? I’m not deposit a dime either until I get my deposit and complicated for this crazy delay. You want your casino to be honest and fair, how can you gamble when in the back of your mind you know something like this can happen

Same Ejango…sitting here all day watching crap i would have taken hit or hitting. And just silence from any moderator or higher ups for probably 5 hours now.
I told them my issue around 10am cst and by reading this thread they kept letting people deposit before shutting down for a bit. Put it back up and let hundreds of us waste our day checking this thread non stop
They pretty much scammed the crap out of us and will give us $25-$50 smh

I literally joined the form to post about this too. Deposited about 170 in ether around 10am my time and as of posting this still no credit to my account. Please resolve this bovada. Also chat is still down. Sent two emails. I have screenshots of my deposit as well as confirmation on the blockchain. I love your site and company but please make this right for everyone. Been with you guys for over ten years. Won big a few times and i know you guys are legit. Please make this right. If you cant do bonuses for money to compensate all us affected at least make sure we are credited our accounts for the amount we deposited. Thank you. Just make it right please.
