I’m literally in the same boat with you and I literally deposited the same lol been playing the same amount of time. I agree with what you’re saying 100%. If we just lose that money, this is absolutely ridiculous. I saw some people saying they put like $2500 in with bitcoin Imagine they lose that holy crap

I too have 2 deposits taken out of my account but no deposit made my Bovada. From 5 +hours ago

Yes, and can’t talk to anyone about it either,
absolutely terrible, willingly let people deposit knowing there is an issue and then not responding to concerns or any update

I made three deposits thinking it was just an issue on my end so I’m still waiting. Also I did these deposits at like 11 AM Eastern time so it’s been a minute. They told me that they are fixing the problem and my funds are safe, but that was also on a phone call at 2 PM.

i’m still waiting on my deposit as well!! been 6 hours!!! no one on the help desk either!! this is unreal

Only 6 hours try 11 hours over here. Deposited $900. Scared to deposit again but everything is hitting of course. God damit

Do you need to file a customer service claim to get your deposit or do you know which deposit attempts were impacted & whose account it belongs to?

I’m glad you told us the issue is resolved, but can you give us an ETA on when our money will be in our account? As I can see from this thread, a lot of of us have deposited a lot of money today and then we don’t see it in our account. I know I deposited a good chunk of change. Then to see it, not show up and then to not even get a small bonus just to hold us over for a little bit you say to reach out to chat I tried to reach out to chat and I was on hold for three hours and I still never gotten in touch with them. I wasted three hours of my life trying to get in touch with support to hopefully get some $50 bonus. Three hours into it’s still no support so I gave up on that but thanks for wasting three hours of my life

I talked to chat, they said they have no record of my deposit. This morning it said match pay was down, so it gave me an option to deposit via credit card. I made the $250 deposit and nothing hit my account ( 9 hours ago ) finally got ahold of chat now and they said there is no record, that I have to email the financial team and send them my running bank statement. The charge on my card says digikeyboard.com. I don’t see how this will be fixed if they have zero record of my deposit. It looks as someone hacked in and added the card option.
