What’s the point of having a live chat when I sit there for three hours and I don’t even get a response from a support person?
I also just made another deposit and when it shows you it got confirmed and you see all the past deposits. My $155 deposit from 1 PM. Still does not show up. So I really hope I don’t lose that money and the other people in here who have the same problem Dan don’t lose theirs because there is no history on your website of the money getting deposited, but my bank statement shows it
*** Also to add, chat said it wasn’t possible for me to make a credit card deposit since I’m a crypto member. I tried to deposit via match at but the site said match pay was down and gave me an option to deposit via credit card. I entered my card info and made the $250 deposit. Now chat is telling me that’s not possible and to email the financial team. I’ve been here for 10 years and never dealt with something like this.
There has to be something we can do or provide from our end!! I think we all have screenshots or something like that to assist here. This has gone on way too long guys. Significant impact to all of us. I’m on the smaller side of deposits too. I’m only 98 litecoin. I’d be way more upset if I was a couple racks in like some other players are.
Please let us know when we can expect this to be cleaned up or what we can do to make this happen asap. Thank you
Chat said they have no record of my deposit as my account doesn’t allow credit card deposits. This morning it gave me an option to use credit card and I used that option. I deposited $250 with my chime card and it was taken out of my account instantly. Now “chat” is telling me I have to email proof to the financial team. No one replies to the emails smh. This is absurd that I have to fight for my deposit.

I’ve tried emailing and sitting on chat too - still nothing on deposit…has anyone gotten any info on an actual timeline for fix?
Update i did a voucher deposit and it was credit but my vouchers earlier in the day still have not shown up yet. Hopefully it doesnt take many days to credit those vouchers.
I never see credit card option in my account but today i saw it showing as an option to deposit .
Just want to confirmed credit card option does exist

The first charge was declined, but my second credit card deposit went through. Both transactions have different names though? Did someone hack into there system and take the deposits?

Not trying to be ugly by saying this but this has been handled horribly by you guys. I think everyone on here understands that stuff happens sometimes. It’s about how you handle it that makes the difference. You can’t ghost your players and expect everyone to be content. It doesn’t work like that. You could update us on what you are having for dinner and it would still be better than nothing. Please do better!!
My Bitcoin deposit I made around noontime central time today is still missing.
I have been using bovada since 2014…back those days when crypto option not exist used to have debit and credit option. Everytime you purchase via debit it shows random company names from china/paris etc.
Lot of people used to file a claim that these transactions are fraud etc bank used to reverse that amount. Bovada has removed that option for most of them only very few still have the option depositing via debit or card

I tried to make a deposit with match pay but it said match pay was down and gave me an option to use card lol. I was trying to get my NBA lineups in quick so I used the card option. Now here we are

****IM EDITING THIS BECAUSE I CANT WRITE A NEW POST ANYMORE BECAUSE IM NEW HERE, BUT I TALKED TO SEVERAL PPL AT BOVADA ( chats and emails ) AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO RESOLUTION FOR ME BECAUSE THERE IS NO RECORD OF A DEPOSIT. I DIDNT MAKE A DEPOSIT WITH THEM THEYRE CLAIMING. THEY HAVE ZERO RECORDS OF IT. NO FREE PLAY, NO COMPENSATION NOTHING FOR ME. IM OUT $250, I BEEN A MEMBER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THIS IS COMPLETE BS AND I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER DEPOSIT IF THEY DONT MAKE THIS RIGHT. SOOOO IRATE

Been almost 9 hrs this is pathetic holy moly… how did this even happen? First the updates on site are not working properly and now deposits don’t work?
Best not take more than 24hrs to fix and best give everyone extra money for this poorly handled issue
