February 3rd Cashier issues

I did matchplay. So matchplay has been paid (from my bank account) but bovada didnt deposit my funds from matchplay

And of coure todays my BIRTHDAY! So their goes any hope of getting bay luck lol

I did deposit around 11:05 CST, funds have not shown up on my account. Spoke to an agent they don’t have an ETA on when the Issue might be fixed. For compensation they are giving $50

I did 10 mins ago, for $155 did not show up and in transactions i dont see it. Got taken from my bank though

Do we need to put in some kind of ticket to ensure our deposit is credited or will it automatically be credited? I have a screen capture from my BTC wallet. Will that suffice to get credit?

Did anyone else use match pay?

Why is it not showing up on transactions? That concerns me. How will they know what we deposited? Its gone from my bank though. Do i need to take a pic of statement?

Why are people still being allowed to deposit if a known issue is occurring?

Bovada doesn’t give a shit about user experience as long as the money still rolls in

Rest assured as soon as enough deposits are collected and we can pay back our losses, the relevant department will start to credit your deposits
