I still haven’t received my money from a matchpay deposit and the other person knows I sent them the money because they even replied to it on my cash app that was like 10 hours ago
Of course i am missing a play that is a winner since my voucher deposit doesnt reflect my account stating its redeemed

Why would u take deposits if u can’t credit accounts? Or at least put a message on the front page that way I could have went to de different website, now I gotta sit and wait…

I was able to speak to agent through chat, need to wait until an agent is available.
They running me hit , I tried 3 times a total of like 2 hours wait time
The cashier being temporarily unavailable is not true. This thread started 2 hours ago from bovada and we have people on here saying they have deposited in the last hour (and not seeing their money)

Deposited litecoin at 10:09cst and once i confirmed the transaction had over 6 confirmations I attempted to initiate a chat and never got past the initial “finding you an agent” boilerplate message i always receive when I start a chat.
I have since tried to contact chat through the site three additional times with the same result.
It wasnt until logging into the forum that i saw the banner stating the current issue.
I just dont understand why a banner hasnt been put up on the website.
2.5 hours after making a deposit and it took me having to log onto the forum to tet any sort of information about the current issue.
Does anyone know how to contact the compensation team?
I understand that at times issues can occur, my gripe is the lack of transparency when it involves my money.
Where is the prompt action from support in these types of situations?

I’ve had issues with deposits plenty times ; them withdrawals don’t miss a beat though … they don’t have an issue paying when you win … I can give credit there.
