February 3rd Cashier issues

Just another thought while we sit here on our asses waiting for our money.

A lot of people made $50-$100 deposits. These people have been compensated $50-$150. These people also won’t make a big deal out of it if this does end up getting swept under the rug.

The fact that the 1st 24 hours they claimed our funds were safe and secure and the last 24+ hours they’re saying these addresses aren’t Bovada’s and our funds are not guaranteed has me very worried.

Saw one guy said this took 5 days to resolve last time… Really our last glimpse of hope lol

Yeah ive seen one or 2 guys say they got tjere devent size depoosted one on here but i think he was hosted , havent heard anything ekse

Just got off the chat with cs. They assisted me and assured me that money should be available to all within 24 to 48 hours from now. Also gave me the 30 dollar credit which was nice. I know its a small amount for high rollers but still they could just tell us all to pound sand to be honest. At least it shows they want our business still. Ill update when my deposit finally hits.

I think I was the only idiot who happened to deposit like 0.0507 BTC around the time the “technical issues” happened. I will never forgive myself for not finding out the problem first before depositing.

We are all going to have to contact CS before sending any type of crypto deposit from this day going forward. And ask" can you confirm that this a genuine address from Bovada once i click deposit , or is it a hacker inputted address?. Because how are going to have any confidence in them retrieving the funds, after this disaster!?

If Bovada correctly credits my deposit soon, I will forgive them having a technical problem causing me days of stress. But if they sweep this under the rug and consider my money completely lost, obviously no more business can be done with them.

It’s the principal of it all, technical issues are understandable but having us in the dark nearly 60 hours and counting is pretty unacceptable from a company of this caliber.

Especially considering it was only a portion of customers affected, the fact that we still haven’t gotten our deposit regardless of what’s going on is just ridiculous.

I made a btc deposit today, works just fine. Stop crying and be patient.

“rest assured” it has nothing to do with crypto crashing

Everything has been working perfectly outside of that 4 hour window. Everyone who deposited with bitcoin in that 4 hour window on 2/3 has not gotten our funds.

That was 60 hours ago. Not really crying when we want our money that we deposited 2.5 days ago. Good rage bait though.

Im waiting just like you, Hence the deposit i made today. Raging at mods or blowing up cs hasn’t changed anything. Either they lost the money or it will be in our accounts. Nothing we do will determine the outcome. When they finally and the funds to our accounts and youre back to playing like normal, im sure that short term memory loss is gonna kick in.

Cryptocurrency is crashing 14k down since 12 am

We’re not raging at mods, we’re mad at the fact that no one is being updated on the situation, mods/CS/us all included.

I’m not sure how much your deposits are, but the dude who’s being owed 4k, I can definitely understand not wanting to deposit more until he gets his money.

I’m short $600, and I deposited onto another site for now until this situation is resolved. Even the $50 compensation is laughable, considering people who are depositing $50-$100 are getting the same $30-$100 that the people who are depositing thousands.

We have other options, I don’t know why you are pressed that people just simply want their money and update each other in the thread with what little information we are being provided.

it seems the banner about issues with deposits is up again right now on the Bovada website.

I think mostly the funds that have not deposited for crypto are gone and bovada will not be depositing us those funds. I raised multiple tickets with financial team as well as customer support agents. All they say 24-48 hours nothing more and they keep saying address is not found.

The 20% of the amount was deposited this morning and they are saying that is the only amount I have deposited. So, I think it’s pretty much gone

Someone here said something like this happened a year ago and bitcoin took 5 days to be credited. Last copium I have is my deposit gets credited before Superbowl.

To add to that CS agents are randomly disconnecting the calls and chats in between when I am trying to explain the situation

I have chatted with like six different CS agents since Tuesday. Some are airheads just spamming boilerplate feel-good messages in the chat to butter up the customer, but some seem to be more serious, admitted my problem was beyond their ability to solve, did take effort to take my documentation and escalated to their Tech team and later Financial Team. Before each chat ended When I asked them if I will get my deposit credited they all were consistent saying nothing lost, just stuck in processing, just have to wait.

I’ve had a few say these funds are not guaranteed but are gonna try their best and also a few say the funds are still safe and secure.

I’m assuming these CS agents are just as in the dark as us and is trying their best.

Very irresponsibly handled from Bovada as a whole though.
