I have spoken with several people who deposited with BTC who got their full amount credited today. I unfortunately used LTC and have not had my deposits credited yet. Has anyone who deposited with LTC during the outage actually got their correct deposit amount yet?
I am also waiting on my LTC deposit, not sure when it would be done

From what I can remember some people who deposited with ETH, Vouchers, Debit Cards and USDT have got their accounts credited.
I havenāt seen any confirmed correct LTC or BTC deposits go through in this thread?
Could you ask the people you spoke to how they managed to get their BTC deposits credited? Did the speak to CS and get it escalated/did they have to provide any additional information?

I deposited using matchpay and it seemed to worked fine. But withdrawal is not working like it should. Gives me an āerrorā and then a pending banner. It used to be quick and no help from CS. Not putting in another penny until we get some answers!
