February 3rd Cashier issues

don’t bother contacting CS, i’ve been on a chat with them and they haven’t responded to me in over 20 minutes. It seems like they are hoping you just go away and don’t keep the chat open so it auto closes.

Still haven’t received $675 deposited on Tuesday…had a $500 bonus hit my account today at 7:38am then removed at 7:39am…but yet I get an email saying everything is fixed and my issue is resolved.

I thought they previously said that the problem was solved but now they are saying that they are still investigating it? Has anyone been updated on whether it’s actually been solved or not?

They said they solved it for current deposit attempts. It is an invitation to resume business as usual with Bovada.

There are clearly more issues than were being told obviously. I still can’t withdraw without waiting 20 hrs of a review period, cant trade here like that.

Both player transfer and vouchers, i dont use crypto…obviously i cant sell funds here like this.

Imagine putting up a sell thread, needing to disclose that the recipient will receive funds in 18 to 24 hrs later. Rest assured your funds are safe in the meantime.

Has anyone from @moderators actually confirmed deposits and withdraws are working correctly now? Are we dealing with previous transaction issues that are backlogged or are current transactions an issue as well?

There is nothing on homepage about any issues currently so I have to assume it’s all previous transactions
Surely they would warn folks of any new deposit issues right ?

Ok, now I’m getting pissed … just received this message from the financial team on the website … note they ask for an attachment that I had previously sent, plus there is no way to respond to the message. So I had to send them another email & hope it gets to the right person. I definitely feel we are all getting the run around at this point.

I got a message saying they fixed the issue this morning and are sending funds out in order the tickets were put in

Can you post a screenshot of the message cause I was just told they still don’t have a time frame

Honestly I didn’t screenshot that part that’s what the guy said and that my ticket was closed and they were in process of sending it out to everyone that’s was like a hour ago

I have not received any account message or email from Bovada. Did you chat with the CS agent.

I emailed the finance team a couple days ago. I just contacted CS for the first time tonight. By my count I have now been escalated 3 times … not that that means anything.

I really suspect that one of the issues is that Bovada was erroneously providing the same wallet address to multiple accounts attempting to deposit.
