Them applying a required rollover completion higher than 1x to the “sorry” compensation handed out for holding hostage players money for a week with still no resolution, is absolutely diabolical lol
How has there not been an update in 5 days?

“We are investigating and will provide an update when there’s an update even though there’s been no update, reason or explanation for 5 days.”
You didn’t even bother answering my question, would you be okay if your employer was withholding your pay with no reason, explanation or timeline?

I feel terrible if it was a new player first deposit with them, those of us who have been around for 5+ years know these issues all too well and knows when you deposit with them this is the risk
I’ve been with them 7+ years. The DDOS situation affected the whole player base so not much to be said there.
The similar thing that happened last year was resolved in 5 days.
This time it’s different because it’s such a smaller player base affected. (People who deposited within that 4 hour time frame) Now it’s also past that 5 day window when this happened last year. Wouldn’t be surprised by the way they’re “updating” and treating us if they just tell us to go eat dirt at this point.

They will lose some players over this for sure but there is always new meat for the grinder each day so telling people to pound sand isn’t a big risk for them…
But sad when the gambling part actually becomes whether you get your deposit or not…
They deleted one of mine too … It wasn’t an inflammatory post either. I had posted my wallet info & the mod said I would be escalated.
I’ve also emailed my transaction information to the finance team. They responded pretty quickly saying that I was being escalated. Still nothing … I don’t hold out much hope at this point.
I have legalize gambling in my state. I only stayed with Bovada for poker. But I’m out at this point. Not worth the risk any longer.
I’ve been with Bovada for 6 years and lately, with all the service updates and now deposit issues, the writing is on the wall. This time the technical issue deposits may never be posted and the funds are gone. Internally Bovada knows what’s going on but will not disclose the true nature of what happened. I’m in the United States so there’s no one to file any sort of a grievance or complaint. It’s hard to win at gambling anyways but you shouldn’t have to gamble if the funds you deposit actually hit your account.
Yeah all the new brick and mortar popping up along with legalization of sports betting makes it all more clear to cut the cord…when issues like this become the regular

Imagine putting $100 into a slot machine at a casino and being told sorry your money is gone before ever spinning or cashing in for chips at the cage and being told we are out of chips but we are keeping your money anyways lol

Hof here. I am still waiting on a 200 deposit from the 3rd. this is silly that some people were compensated their funds. i got 25k in points. that is NOT 200 dollars. maybe that per day i have to wait would have been acceptable, but this is not.
It has been four straight days since I deposited 0.05078 bitcoin into Bovada. Zero credit into my account. Well, as long as the CS and mods do not suddenly deny something happened on Feb 3, we still have hope
