Now this seems like the Bovada purge. Step 1 was last year’s deposit debacle and I’m sure some players left, now Step 2 deposit debacle and more players will walk. It’s only human nature to eventually cut your losses and move on.

they held all our funds to host the Superbowl giveaway :rofl: funny how they have hundreds on hold for customers who actually deposited over a week ago, but they don’t mind giving away $1K+ to randoms on community forums in a heartbeat.

I still haven’t gotten my two btc deposits from 2/3. Has anyone been told what the anctual issue was or just gotten generic responses?

I am now not only waiting for a deposit made via Bitcoin a week ago!!! Today I received an error trying to make a withdrawal with subsequently caused me to be blocked from making a withdrawal for 24hrs!!! There is no sense of urgency from anyone I’ve spoken with……just fake empathic responses……utterly sickening experience :face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth::face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Just kicking the can down the road. I feel for all who have been dealing with this issue. It’s becoming more apparent that some of us will never see our funds that were deposited on that day. It seems like the funds were hacked and they have no way of retrieving them. They are just waiting us out until we finally stop inquiring. I’m pretty sure there’s something in terms and conditions that may mention that deposits aren’t guaranteed.

I was compted and told the funds will arrive shortly figured they put me down or wrote my BTC address on the system to make sure this gets noticed, so they can fix it, that was a couple days back feb 3 and they didnt. I contact them today and they have no case or escalation or ticket made🤦‍♂️ so i look for the btc address and give it to the agent and he says this is not a none address in there system🤦‍♂️ these guys man, any ways they finaly did a case finaly and said they will get back to me in 24-48 hours

Everyone needs to recontact bovada and make sure a case was filed or atleast follow up cause my afent seemed like he had no clue there was an issue

Hi, we are sorry for the delay with this. It would appear that CS have sent a follow up ticket for you this morning to have it checked. They will reach out once they have an update.

A week later and still have our funds held hostage. all y’all do is say the same thing everyday.

Unfortunately we cannot provide any information if we don’t have it. You can reach out to CS if you are concerned, they may be able to give you some kind of update. However any funds will be safe.

This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting for my funds for 6 days now and have heard nothing from the company. Looking at other people’s interactions with cs i can obviously see that every single time they are given the run around and told to wait wait wait. Just because im not bothering mods and cs daily does not mean i am not concerned with the situation. At this point bovada has blatantly stolen money from me while blaming some mysterious technical issue.

You know what’s crazy is I had a chat agent try to convince me to delete all my history from my iPhone bc I talked about reporting this deposit scam to ic3. Literally tried walking me through from step by step and said it’ll help with the deposit.

They win! I officially throw in the towel. Todays chat update was politely told looks like this hasn’t been escalated lets get some screen shots of your deposit and get this taken care of. I have been told it has been escalated multiple times for days now. Finally see customer service just saying whatever not even looking at anything. When I mentioned I was told many times it has already been escalated, answer changed to be patient everything is safe is there anything else I can help with today. Actually feel bad for CS if they have so little info and aren’t actually AI.
