February 3rd Cashier issues

That seems to be the plan, for affected players to stop requests. A transparent explanation would have sufficed instead of misleading information. Nothing has been escalated, no progress, no updates, just controlled chaos which disassociates players. I truly hope that all affected players get compensated for their losses on here in other ways in their lives. Not good business to treat paying patrons in this manner.

Still waiting

This is unreal this is still unresolved with little to no definitive info at this point. I have to believe these all hit other players accts and they have no idea how to figure this out. As i said a week ago, some deposits wrongfully hit my acct, they were taken out 24 hrs later but you wonder if some people spent the funds.

Thats still not an excuse, bovada could/should cover it without issue. They are pretty bad at all technical things though, see all those live betting and overall site issues recently.

Wanted to check back in here and let you all know that today I finally received both of my deposits. One was LTC to Bovada and one was BTC to BVX. I had lost all hope so I am here to give those still waiting some… it will come eventually!

Still completely unacceptable, but happy to have my funds back.

Did you have to check with cs or mods to have it escalated? Or did they just deposit your funds by surprise?

I checked in about once every 24hrs via email or phone.

I also just received my BTC today after losing all hope lol it wasn’t a crazy amount like some of yall but im just glad it came and they did the right thing

glad you got your money, but the right thing would be to be honest with us on what is really going on and giving us real answers and timelines.

im still waiting on 190. i messaged today, provided a screenshot and got 50 with rollover, yadayada, but i want my 190. i still have faith. hey, sht happens. not often, but happens. i have faith on bovada, best in biz imo.

@donkey111 Yours was escalated by CS again yesterday, they will reach out once they have an update.

From what I am seeing the deposit was made on the 5th, and on the 6th and a message was sent

Yes it is still being addressed, we still have players in the same boat unfortunately, but they are getting them done as quickly as possible

Yes! after the case was made i can say bovada came in quick to help, it must just be a misunderstanding from lower tier agents, and i apprieciate all the help the mods here did to look into this for me! Thanks guys
