Iāve actually seen quite a few that have been issued today actually, Iām pretty sure there canāt be that many outstanding, but yes it was escalated yesterday for you.

Still nothing on my ltc from 8 days ago, got my general be patient. Was a CS who seemed to actually care for a change but got the same I will escalate, have heard at least 5 times. Told check back in 24-48 hours. Great going to be day 10 when I am supposed to ask where my money is next time.

By looking at the message board seems more people are having luck checking here especially with you. Just want to see if there is anything else I can do? Would it help if I send you pictures of my ltc deposit on 2/3?
Question for people who have had luck getting their money. Did it just show up or did you have to keep asking? If you did have to ask what was sucsessful; chat, phone, email or message board. Hopefully with some answers can help those, LIKE ME, still waiting. Thanks for any help.
It seems more likely that itās luck if you get your funds back. Iāve tried several times with chatting with CS and I keep getting the same responses regarding escalations. Itās been 1 week now. Theyāre not even offering bonuses anymore for this. And if some how you get your deposit, thereās no guarantee that this wonāt happen again. Iām not going to inquire anymore regarding mine. I hope other players get their deposits. The best of luck for all whoās still waiting and hoping

Iāve had my 250$ btc deposit from 2/3 āescalatedā about 5 times. it means nothing. they are doing nothing. i continuted to deposit and withdrawl with smaller amounts to test- and everrything is working fine except withdrawl takes like 5 hours when it used to take 5 minutes.
NOW, for my bigger problem. They are having issues with wagers settling. I won a bet and 30 min later- didnt settle. They brought on a specialist and he simply told me they are unable to settle bets right now and have no timetable.
Damn it. I feel for you. This is beyond ridiculous now. Well it seems like we are being forewarned of whatās coming with this service

Made a LTC deposit on Feb 3rd around 1:00PM EST. After multiple conversations with CS and being escalated multiple times I finally got my account funded a few moments ago. Far from ideal service but at least they finally made the correction.

Does it actually get escalated when they say thatās what they are doing because Iām deposit has been escalated 3 or 4 times and still nothingā¦ kinda of ridiculous, idc if they are manually going thru every account and every transaction it doesnāt take this long to get everyoneās money back
