Same. Finally got a message from CS about the escalation but it just said they are looking into it still lol no time frame no actual information just more buffer. The damage is done. I’ll be moving all my volume to other sites. So at this point it’s whatever. They will no longer get my business

Have tried to be patient…
Contacted customer service a few time and provided copy of litecoin address and hash.

Nothing !!!

Finally got a email saying address not recognized… It’s the address Bovada provides I always use the new one that’s generated for each separate deposit.

Now customer service had me copy and paste hash and address saying it’s needed to escalate.

I’ve been very patient but please this is crazy !!!

My litecoin deposit finally came thru.
Left a rant on here late last night.
I was patiently waiting for the deposit but a email stating that the address wasn’t from Bovada didn’t help the situation.
All good in the end though.
