February 3rd Cashier issues

has anybody gotten BTC deposits credited yet? Why are BTC deposits taking so much longer than every other method???

Still nothing… can you confirm mine was escalated as well?

Missing deposit from February 5th - Support is saying it’s because I used the same deposit address…

I deposited $290 of Ethereum on Feb 5th. It never deposited or showed in my wallet. On Coinbase it lwas sent and received showing complete.

Support is just saying sorry it’s gone- because I used the same deposit address more than once and the system got “Overloaded”.

That seems crazy to me that the excuse is the system couldn’t handle deposits into the same address. I know now that Bovada wants a new address every deposit, but I didn’t know before and I’ve done it countless times for years.

Can anything be done about this? That’s crazy that the money is just gone. What if it was $10,000?

Any help would be great, thank you.

I have had this happen in the past. They ended up crediting it, and should do the same for you.

This overloaded excuse they gave you is ridiculous.

How long did it take? It’s been 12 days for me.

My bitcoin deposit finally came through after 10 days :pray:t2:
I hope everyone else who is missing their funds receives theirs today or very soon

I am still waiting on mine. It wasn’t a large deposit so maybe it’s one of the last ones. @moderators are they still crediting?

Yes, according to comments and some Pm-s we got from players, the team is still checking and crediting.

I still have not been credited with my deposit made on 2/3. It wasnt a large deposit, however I havent been able to get to any support rep via chat / or email to help me with this.

The latency regarding this issue is beyond ridiculous and now some CS agents are proclaiming they know nothing about what’s going on and you have to provide the same information over and over again and the issue was supposed to be escalated on several occasions.

I have been more than patient but this is beyond ridiculous. Never using this shit website again. Taking my business elsewhere, keep my ■■■■ing $600 I don’t even give a ■■■■ anymore.

I’m not sure I believe that anymore. This doesn’t take two weeks. I don’t care how many deposits they had to manually credit or whatever is going on. Doesn’t take that long I have experience in finance. They are just hoping we stop asking them about it. I know there’s not much we can do. This is outrageous

I can no longer just be patient and just wait. It doesn’t take two weeks to do anything you just advised. It also doesn’t take much to show the still affected people compassion and compensation. This just wait rhetoric is just deflection Bovada has lost a lot of clients as social media and everywhere is blasting that Bovada basically don’t care and doesn’t have any recourse for keeping your deposit. People won’t continue using the website and this point the damage is done. Everyone should have been made full a long time ago because you are still accepting deposits and have been since Feb 3rd later in that day.
