We had a issue leaderboard putting later person ahead last week. Look at @Hmm_123 post. It wasnt just me.

I will credit you with the bonus and escalate this as well. It is so easy to doctor screenshots and how the leaderboard appears on your end that these are not always helpful. I’m not implying you are doing that obviously, however if you have an issue again, sending a screenshot with the consol also visible will be a significant help.

For some reason my scores haven’t been saving on the leaderboard for the last week and this week as well. I have submitted multiple times, but they never showed up on the scoreboard. I’ve won the last two weeks, but for some reason they aren’t going through now. I scored a 720,000 last week but I don’t have a screenshot because I assumed it would go through as it has in the past. I sent an email for help and they asked for a screenshot. Is there any way this can be looked deeper into or I can receive the bonus? I’ve been using Bovada for a while now and have a had great experience, please help! @James_Bovada I also have proof that my scores aren’t saving this week. I have a screen recording of it that I can send.

Don’t worry they’ll tell you they will fix. Then they do nothing and ignore and follow up questions of why it’s not fixed like they said it would be.
