…as much as I want to believe that mods are innocent, and have no knowledge about this issue, it’s beginning to seem a little abusive of them.

“As per the Sports Team everything is all good.”
“Which lines are you making reference to?”
“The lines we are seeing are the lines that should be up.”
“Have you attempted to try another browser?”
“Please refresh the page the lines are up and active.”
“That’s the nature of live lines, the are never always available. They change based on in game details.”

And just recently, 10-11 days after this issue has been reported:

"What is the issue you’re having with live betting please?"

Please, at least, quit giving us the same replies daily to the same issues. Create a ticket and follow up on it in every shift and update once there is some progress.

I understand your frustration, and I want to assure you that we escalated this concern to our team. After a thorough investigation, we found no issues on our end. To help prevent any potential problems, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies regularly, selecting the option for “all time.” This can often resolve issues that might arise.

Brooke again and again … you have 400 replies on this thread having issues as I was telling Mikey the problem is still there can you just create a ticket and help us with the situation? Instead of telling us to clear cashe??? The replies you are doing is basically telling us you don’t care

Mods its been like this for almost 2 weeks. You want me to send screenshot when everyone is complaining. The live games show only for a second am then disappear an show past scoreboard

I’m still having issues with the live bet pages on all sports. Note this has been going on for weeks on different devices I use. Mostly when on the mobile site page. It works a little better when browser settings changed to desktop site format but there’s still issues. Constantly only shows old lines for finished games and you have to refresh the page multiple times until you get the actual live games. I’ve done the troubleshoot steps constantly and it doesn’t help. I know others have brought it up but there has been no improvement so I wanted to add my own comment to the thread

So Bovada’s position is - A site issue that did not exist three weeks ago, and has since been reported on hundreds of posts over multiple weeks, began because everyone failed to clear their browser cache?

That’s the outcome of your “thorough investigation”?

As soon as we have new issues coming up and you guys report it to us, we always escalated them further for review, we cannot do anything else right now, unfortunately. We are absolutely aware how huge inconvenience this is.

You’re kidding me again with the gaslighting? The top part of the page where it said there were no lines was what I was referring to.

I can’t believe no one at Bovada will acknowledge the live lines…still!

Lillian, sure lines are working now but they will stop working because that’s been the trend the last 3-4 weeks. The fact that no one at Bovada is acknowledging an issue that all players are experiencing is a slap in the face. We are not dumb patrons.

Yea this live line issue is a joke. They go away and come back nonstop or show games that are old.

And please listen to me when I say I am not going to prop builder to access live lines! The prop builder shows up at the bottom of the page. See recording link. Please review my messages closely before responding

I want to remain respectful but my patience is really being tested right now. I will walk away. There are no live lines issues, just need to access from prop builder. Thanks and have a nice day.
