Live wager issue

I placed a live bet and and it was immediately settled as a loss. It was a table tennis match and showed the score 4-4. First to 11 wins. As soon as the placed my bet, the match was already over and I lost.

As you can see in the screen shot, the time of the wager placed and and the time the bet was settled, was the same. I went to customer support to ask for my money back and they said the bet was valid and they couldn’t do anything about it. All they did was give me a link to their live betting policy.

So basically they’re just setting people up to take their money. In what sporting event do you make a bet and lose instantly?

We double checked with sports and this has been voided as a late/past post wager.

Yes, sometimes you may come across an error of some wagers posted later than they should’ve - even though not very common, this still happens in the fast paced world of sports betting and such wagers are voided and refunded.
