Matty it is probably just better telling people straightforward and clearly they are SOL for the play and deposits before they opted in like you responded to me, even if it wasn’t even an option when this thread was created.
It’s not about this thread. How can Bovada mass advertise a promotion without mentioning you have to “opt in”?? This absolutely ridiculous. The only place to “opt in” is this community thread? Maybe 100 people have seen this….
Of course I opted in but I spent hours pulling $10 spins on 777 and Golden Buffalo after this promo was announced. It never mentioned “opting in” first.
This 1000 percent needs to be corrected and credited. Please confirm this is possible

My point was Matty acknowledged in the third post of this thread that there wasn’t even an opt in button on the link yet. So the emails were sent, the banner was created, and this thread was made with no opt-in option even available.

We will provide the feedback in the thread here to our Promotions Team and they will be able to look into it further in terms of making all play in the listed games from the 18th be counted even prior to opting in.
When we get more information on it; we’ll be happy to share.

Thank you for that. It really is the only fair option based on how this promotion was offered to players. I am very careful when it comes to things like this. Even looking around there was no informaron on the promo other than the email….

Actually it should be the play from the 17th. The promotion was offered to begin yesterday, the 17th. The email was 1:35EST on the 17th

Ditto in re: to what Kingfishtr has been saying!! …. Basically, everything they said was exactly what I have experienced except they did a much better job of explaining it than I did! … Plus, they were throwing a lot more $$ around than I was, so I can’t even imagine how that feels? I also just wanted to say that like them I’m always super careful, boarding on obsessive when it comes to doing/following the rules directions that come with any promo, with the main goal of avoiding any issues like this? I got the same email that they got but a little earlier, around noon on the 17th…. I really hope u guys can figure it out because it really is unfortunate and I don’t feel like u intended for it to be like that but it was like that and can be fixed relatively easy I would think to include people that received notification of the promo on the 17th get credit for playing those games after that point?
And giving away 20,000 spins….what’s that mean deposit your ass off and split it between 2000 people?? Or what?? 
or you can win 20,000 spins with max payout of $200??

I thought it was vague too. I’ve seen free spins range from 20 cents to $20. I just hope they give you a chance to win a JP

Very frustrated. I feel duped by Bovada. I didn’t play a ton of those slots bc
It was clear after making the deposits that there was no way of knowing or understanding how the promotion worked. I clicked claim now, made a deposit, and figured additional details would follow… since I am a “special customer”. 
I will continue to play here but I hope this is a one time mistake that is rectified. I am happy to lose money on here as long as I know the terms of how I’m losing.

I made deposit this am after I think I opted in I’m so confused so please let me know if I’m in before I play slots don’t want to get trapped in another promo that’s not promoted or ran with out notifications if I’m making eligible plays and will be rewarded
