Just some general observation feedback that the Promotions Team needs to hear…
The terms and conditions, prizes, etc. of a contest should be decided prior to the beginning of the contest. If the prizes have been determined, they should be made public prior to the contest starting, it’s very odd to still be working on that as the contest is going on. That instantly leads to distrust and complaining if someone doesn’t like what is announced later.
I chose to Opt In and spin 400 times at $2, but without a single Free Spin and a non-existent balance, I have stopped to ask myself, what am I even competing for? 25 spins at $.20 ($5 value) like the weekly Free Spins? Or a chance for more free spins or bigger value? Nobody knows.
I’m not blaming this on the mods (why I directed this at the Promotions Team), but in reality how many of us would buy raffle tickets from a for profit company in person when the sign says “Chance to Win Stuff” and gives no details?

@Flguy86 have you clicked on the promotion tab in the first post? You should see a red button that says something along the lines of ‘opt in’ and will then change to ‘start earning’

Have you guys decided how are the spins divided how many can you get the min or the max and at what value? And how about every single player that wins/receives free spins has to create an account here on the community and post how many spins they got before they are able to claim them spins. I’m very skeptical of this

yeah i mean this is kinda confusing. now i jsut click that linked and it says opt in which i click and it brings me to the same page
but when this was supposed to be fixed the other day the button just said “i want to participate” click that and then it says start earning. click that it took me to deposit page. which i did and i should have spun well
over $150 worth of spins ….but now i’m afraid that those didn’t even register because i jsut now see there’s a red opt in button which was not there the day before yesterday when i though i had already opted in by clicking the I want to participate button.
this whole promotion is a joke. those slots are tight as crap. didn’t win anything barely had a chance to enjoy my deposit, it was taken from me so fast! and now i don’t even think my spins accounted as entires for me😒

Apologies if this has bern answered but do we need to play the 3 games each and every tome we deposit to earn entries with that deposit AND is there a minimum amount we need to spin per deposit for it to count?
Example
Say i deposit 10 times 3/18-3/25
All for 20
I play the slots on only 2 of those deposits
Do i get credit for all 10 or only 2?
And
Say i only play 8 dollars worth of spins in the 2 deposits? Is that enough or is there a minimum i must play?
It says you only have to make 1 minimum deposit of $20. But for every $20 WAGERED you’ll receive one entry.

Is it just me or did they pick the 2 of the 3 worst games to include in the first week of the promotion? Crazy Xmas I’ve gotten one half of the bonus round symbols (elf without the red button on last reel) 10 times in a row.
Yet to get bonus round.
777 deluxe has been stingy af ever since they updated it too.
Doesn’t make sense to blindly play games for this promotion when you still don’t even know what the benefits are going to be or when you can expect them to hit your account.

Bovada is great at deferring blame to somewhere else.
-Complaints of regular disconnections at poker tables by many different people.
Bovada: it is you fault, clear your cache, and it is 3rd party software so even though we supply it, it still isn’t our fault.
Tourney Bracket doesn’t work.
Bovada: It is the programming department’s fault. Time travel to 1998 and use a pen and paper then fax it to us.
The slots option and details(going on a week+) of the promotion aren’t ready yet even though we’ve sent out emails, created a banner, and posted in our forum about it.
Bovada: That is the promotions department’s problem.

2 days later still up in the air. By the way if I get any free spins are those going to be $2-5 range per spin like what I was betting or 10 spins at $0.05 per spin max $2.5 payout ?

This is such a joke. This is nonsense yet highly entertaining! I truly can’t wait until they give 20 people 1,000 spins at $0.20 each with a max potential of $200. Looking forward to reviewing this thread after they’re awarded.
