March Madness Casino Craziness Promotion

I refuse to participate because they’re probably raking everyone on those games. There’s something going on here over the past few months. I’m starting to worry about the stability of this casino. I’m sure Fan Duel has done significant damage to their sports book. They have great games but they need to reevaluate their position on slots. The sports book is making less money so they should change how they do things making this a premier place to play live games and slots. They could really benefit from retaining customers in the casino for the long term. Do what some of the sites that are not available in the US are doing. Make it where you’re able to buy bonus rounds, make certain games much more volatile than others, have max wins, use a real RNG and be transparent. Right now, I feel the only way you have a chance is to hit a jackpot. All I know is the wins have been much less frequent and whatever they’re doing is only working for them right now. It won’t work for the long term.

It’s all a scam y’all. Vague as sh*t heyyyy deposit a ton and play these games. Share 20,000 free spins :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

Yeah 2000 people get 10 free spins sorry max win is $20 :joy:.

Honestly what kind of promotion doesn’t have payout/rules already set it is a money grab and honestly the worst one I’ve ever seen :joy:…bovada should be ashamed of theirselves for this shit

Agreed…Ever since they crashed for 3-4 days a couple months ago every game has been very unkind to me and my friends. The slots used to be fun and let you at least battle for a little while, now they just take your money asap. Time to get a hobby or three!

Haha dude the fact this question even needs to be asked tells you all you know.

I’m close to 2000 spins in 777 Deluxe since March 18th and maybe have gotten 8 bonus rounds. Between $0.20 and $2 spins max win was $34 in the bonus round I think. Also any decent win with normal spins was followed by 40+ spins of next to nothing.

Crazy Christmas I finally got 2 bonus rounds and both came away with under $3.

Golden Buffalo I didn’t play even 50 spins but got one bonus round right off the bat with $0.40 spin and it won under $5.

Shit is stupid.

I am reporting back to confirm that you can get the Free Spins Bonus on Crazy Christmas. Only 1 in over 600 spins, but you can in fact get one. Smacked that 17x bonus like a champ too.

777 and Golden Buffalo are extremely volatile games and routinely go on some bad runs, but have huge payout potential, even in the base game. Crazy Christmas is not in that category.

I look forward to hearing some details about this contest prior to continuing.

I would think they’d let everyone know by mid wk on details just so that people will actually participate and make it sound juicier. Would make no sense to give away something If we don’t even know exactly what we are receiving

I won 80 cents on mine this week yall. lmao i don’t think i’ve won more than that on those in months. that’s pretty sad.

I had the same experience as other people, where I got the email and clicked on it, which led me only to signing in. Zero “opt-in” option to be found. Meanwhile, I’m wasting my bankroll away on Deluxe 777 hoping that, at the very least, I’ll recoup /something/ back with the free spins I’ll likely get from wagering so much money on this game. Come Saturday night I think to myself, huh, there were no rules listed for this promo, so I start chatting with customer service. They could hardly find the promotion either. They finally do, I do a Google search for it, and finally find the promo page for it with…a newly added opt in button. So all week I was playing on a game trying to rack up points, but the whole time I wasn’t even opted in. I get ahold of customer service again and they say I’m shit out of luck. Ugh. Why would they send out emails without an opt in option?

It was handled so poorly. The only fair fix is that anyone who wagered the designated slots on March 18th before finally finding the elusive “opt in” button get their credit on those slots. I likely wagered close to $10,000 on the slots. It’s a shame I am worried about this so much. This kind of shot always happens with Bovada.

Any update on what we are actually playing for? Are the people doing 20cent spins lumped in the same group as people doing $100 spins?

I doubt anyone that has been involved with this promo is willing to put in any more effort than the minimum. So just chalk the pre opt-in stuff as a loss., probably the post opt-in stuff as well.

edit: sidenote I just hit $103 on a .40 cent spin buffalos.

Just as a note here, while we do understand and agree that there should be more details on the program and are working to get them, we will ensure those that are opted in are getting entries and clarify shortly. We can’t guarantee though that if not opted in previous deposits will count, but we’ll obviously advise the marketing team about this as well.

Glad I wasn’t the only one that had this issue to. I kept trying different browsers clearing justify etc. nope there’s a mysterious opt in button when you scroll down. :joy:

Ryan. If they decide to NOT count the play on the designated slots AFTER they sent an email out announcing the new promotion, then Bovada will have hit an all time new low. I will be closing my account. I’m sure no one cares, but as a very loyal customer it will be time to move on after being duped by this promo. Hoping for the best.

It should not be too hard to give credit to anyone stating they were trying to participate, and actually played these slots on March 18th before finding an “opt in” button that was never offered from the beginning. This is the correct way to proceed for the players.

I wish I could get a peek at some of the interoffice emails at bovada. I’m sure it’s mostly just making fun of the degenerate gamblers complaining, with some utter cluelessness of the workers at how inept they are filling in the rest.

That bracket thing was the funniest/saddest thing to see a “professional” turn in as a work project. I’m not sure if it would be worse if they actually tested it before sending it in and didn’t care that it didn’t work or just didn’t bother to test it. 8th graders could have cranked out a functional one as a homework assignment.

We have gotten word back now from the marketing team in regards to feedback provided for this campaign.

Good news as based on feedback all opt ins that have happened up until now will be retro active to the 17th of March and any play in the games advertised will count even if you opted in afterwards.

1000 players will be provided 20 free spins at a denomination of 20 cents with a max Cashout of 50$. This is simply an extra free bonus provided on top of all other offerings, but we do understand the amount and specifics should have been provided beforehand and this feedback has been provided to our marketing team.

Haha. They gotta be joking. So, I did this last night for a CHANCE to get 20 spins at $0.20. Lol, thats the reason they didn’t put that info out until now because no one would have played for that. That’s crazy!

Yep. I wasted tons of time and money to possibly win $50. Bovada way to screw your players once again! This is pathetic.
