But seriously, what gives? No advance notice, no banner on the main page? Wack.

No announcement or alert that poker was going down for maintenance…?

its all screwy - its not keeping track of how many players are stilll in, where youre ranked or where you end… if you;re still playing take screenshots

any time frame on when the poker tournaments that are affected will issue prize money to those who placed?

Some players who should have won SnG tournaments are not receiving their winnings due to their rounds remaining open at the end of the tournament, which prevents the payment from being processed. This issue was reported this morning and is currently being investigated. To prevent more players from facing the same issue, the tournament has been temporarily blocked.

No timeframe was provided until now.


Down for maintenance but no banner?? Why?

The tournaments have been temporarily blocked, and please note that the issue does not affect all products.
As I mentioned above, its being looked into since this early morning.

Geee I had this same issue last night and was told to wait until the tournament finished… it’s now 7 hours later and apparently it’s still running :man_facepalming:

Unfortunately we cannot close them manually or " kick" players out from the tournaments. Hopefully I’ll get an update soon.

Has anyone else not received their tournament winnings tonight?
Also, I noticed a descrepancy between the number of remaining players in the player ranking list, and the number on the information screen at the poker table.

I was in the bubble in three separate tournaments tonight, and didn’t receive any of my winnings. I placed 24th in the last tournament of the night, and it said I placed in 130th when there were only 23 people left.

I checked the final table of that same tournament, and is said their was 131 players left when there were only 5 at the final table.

So, has anyone else had trouble collecting their fairly obtained winnings tonight
(Afternoon of March 7th through the early morning of March 8th?)

Please reach out, I’m fuming over this and another issue collecting winnings and bets that were taken due to a Bovada “error” that haven’t been compensated even after email exchange.

Yes, they are, however this was the last update I’ve got and since this, nothing else was communicated.
