Little lost by what you mean. Did you use a deposit bonus? Are you talking about it not letting you withdraw? Does it show as locked funds in your account?
By the way, I got on with customer support about violating the bovada player guarantee in the forums. The CS rep told me since itās not on the actual bovada website and only the forums, bovada does not have to abide by these rules. Itās no guarantee at all, most of the CS reps have no clue what it even is! I wonder why the hell they would even post it then.
