Alrighty Bovada, we know you want my money and I want your money, so let’s quit the silliness, makeup, you give me a good comp today, I make a good deposit tomorrow, and lets get this long term relationship back on track. Let’s not become one of those unlucky couples who couldn’t make it work. If you need counseling sessions or want to spend more money making yourself more beautiful and attractive for me, I’m all for it, just let’s take the first step back in the right direction and get the compensation taken care of.

May I ask why mods or CS agents never get any updates? You guys supposedly have meetings right? Has anybody in any of these meetings brought up these site stability threads and the number of people not playing on the site? I find it extremely hard to believe that the topic is just glossed over in a meeting without providing even one sentence to relay to customers…

Nothing worse than multiple counseling sessions just waiting for it to be over. Waiting for someone to just say I give up smh
It is discussed at the meetings. And if there is any new information we provide it.
CS wouldn’t have meetings as such, so until they are advised by their supervisors about something, or an email is sent out, then they will have no updates.

That makes sense why CS isn’t able to speculate on the future. They aren’t directly privy to the need to know just yet

Tomorrow is the end of the week…. I’m guessing there’ll be another update tomorrow saying “we’ll give you another update on Monday”. Just like last week and the week before

I’m guessing the obvious avoidance of my question regarding eligibility means they aren’t even close to compensation since they don’t even know who’s eligible.
I greatly appreciate your response & all that you & the rest of the mod team do for us. I know this isn’t up to you guys or something that you all have any control over. I’ve been playing at ignition for a long time now & while I’ve won amazing amounts of money, the majority of it was all given back & then some with all the extra deposits I make. I just hope that whatever compensation is given, it is fairy & takes into account things like the last month of deposits and/or wagers. I know you have no say/control over that either, it’s just hard to be optimistic when we’re seeing all these messages about “promotions” & “new jackpots!” like it screams “Come give us more of your money!” Hopefully they are fair about it though.
