No sir not at all. Play what you can and anyone else can afford. To me its not about whether you deposit a $100 or 10k. Its about players who haven’t been playing or deposit smaller amounts who want for some reason a $500-1k comp. I deposit a reasonable amount however I would never expect such a large comp that it x times more than I actually deposit

I also had an unauthorized $104 charge today. I wonder if it actually has to do with this
An example would be a player who averages $500 in deposit a month. They are mad and have been inconvenienced want a comp equal to that. So thats 1-1
A player who avgs $750 gets the same $500 that’s 66% comp
A player who Avgs $2000 monthly gets $800
40%
So on and so on if people post this stuff they only look at the comp amounts and the larger they get they go why didn’t I get that?
There is no perfect answer for us as players or Bovada as a company

I just withdrew some winnings do y’all think just because I won they won’t give me any compensation now when the time comes?
I mean you would think that the higher ups of the company would understand that the compensation given in the next couple months (lowering my expectations for when we will get it) will be a huge swing if people stay or choose another site. Or maybe they’re just that dumb they don’t even understand that concept. Each and every day people are getting more and more pissed and no true updates come out, cue the “we’re inching closer” quote we always get that means nothing

No not all all. I think they will have a mixed calculation of comps for all players. It will probably be a combination of deposits, withdrawls, and play. With an emphasis on longer term trends and also the last 30 days. JMO which means absolutely nothing haha

Yeah the only issue now is when it will be issued and how it will be calculated for each player. If it is calculated by 31 day activity from when the issues started to arise, then to me that would be most fair. They’d weed out the people who barely/never play and are just complaining to just try and get free money while also having an average to base the comp on.
If it’s some stupid shit like how much you were depositing/playing while the site was having issues, all hell will break loose.

New to the forum but long time member of Bovada. HOF (not proud by any means). I’ve seen comp all over the board. I’d like to think for active players that consistently play (win or lose) and have achieved higher player levels, the comp would be fairly high. But I wouldn’t be surprised if it was $100-$200. $500-$1000 for the time and issues seems more realistic. Just my two cents

If anyone is waiting around a couple months on comp theyre not going anywhere
My guess is the site has already lost at least 100k users ( thats roughly 3% of their monthly traffic )
Over the next week theyll lose substantially more without comp ( todays disclosure guarantees an increase )
After that the people who are still here complaining arent going anywhere
If you make it 3 weeks into a site wide issue and you havent left yet Bovada knows youre never leaving
Thats why if comp doesnt come soon ( as in a few days ) we will know its not coming
No point in comping degens who cant control themselves enough not to keep playing on a site under a cyber sttack. Thatd be like giving a free 8 ball to a cokehead . No reason to do it. Theyre not going anywhere
