Last two weeks, I have hard time logging into the poker games. It very frustrating, and waste of my time. When I am in, I canāt seem to win a game until I lose couple of hundreds. Maybe bad streak or it fixed.

Yeah the comp went even faster than all my recent deposits. They probably only distributed the comp to test out their system to get everyone on at once to play to see if any kind of patch or new security was going to work. We should expect that from the next round also.

Same here. That measly comp lost every spin consecutively until it was depleted. Felt kind of ripped off to be honest. Never seen such bad luck but oh well I suppose. The rich get richer.

I donāt even think this is 100% of the story. We, or at least I, want more transparency. It doesnāt make much sense to keep us in the dark so long. Skepticism is the first step to the truth.
Just a thought but with all the crazy"Bad Luck" weāre all having lately with or without the comps, I think were not being told everything. I believe this site was/is hacked and the hackers are capable of seeing all players cards. I seen a player on a .5/.10 cent hold em table with well over 350.00 dollars. Unheard of, wtf? Tell us the truth! Our money is being stolen and our bets are being manipulated to fit a losing outcome. Withdrawl all funds while you can everyone for your own financial safety. Ignition gave me a bigger comp, and I dont even play there lol.

I appreciate your statements. I have had the same sentiments privately with a few players and Bovada CS. They loudest people typically are some of the lowest players or not true players at all.
Bovada is under zero obligation to do a damn thing for any of its players. Regardless of deposit, withdrawls, and play.
I own a business and am in a service business. I have āfiredā countless customers and told them if they are disappointed unsatisfied please find someone who can make you happy. I donāt want to hold them back.
Somehow Iāve managed for over a decade not giving into āKarensā I have and will continue to provide the highest level of service and customer service i can to those who have legitimate claims
FWIW. I do belive Bovada will make it right for the vast majority of its players. Whether we all agree its right is another thing
