I have literally been kicked out during 3 tournaments I was first in chips in the one a couple people from the money with huge chip lead over 2nd 10th in another and average stacked in another and cant get back to the table this is crazy

One thing the good Lord blessed us with is Assholes and opinions we all have 1. @freaksforum you my friend have a platform where you can scorch the earth 
hell of high waters Good 4u but there are other members who unfortunately don’t have that option so they bitch and moan here. You have some valid points and some well not my cup of tea. Yes there will be those who have no balance and probably no activity in awhile I agree there! There are those who have had activity and have decided to wait until issues are resolved whether that be not depositing or whatever, some of us are still active and still not happy and are frustrated but we are all here regardless. Has Bovada handled this situation appropriately well this thread would not exist if they had nothing else needed to be said. Will they do the right thing well what’s the right thing no one will be happy with the compensation if there is any but the gesture is what separates smart business vs business as usual when companies get cocky and say deal with it or go so that’s my 2 cents and I’m also a dm away lol

What do you use now, free software like bitdefender? Want to know why a company like Caesar’s Entertainment hasn’t ever had a major DDoS infiltration, they use us. Putting the ball in your court.

Wow I see $7.50 taken out of my bank in my transactions 3 times just stolen from me? Our money is NOT safe??? Also I did sit-and-go buy in $25 and as soon as I get seat it kicks me out. Happened twice early and now. Will I be reimbursed $27.50 X 2??? Cannot get a response via email or chat. this is so wrong.
This some bs just got kicked out a poker session it said it it was up and I didn’t get my cash back that was on the table!!!

and @freaksforum don’t get me wrong I am rooting for bovada just like you… but even before this situation the site has sharply gone downhill since early 2021. I’ve taken hours of my life typing long emails full of truthful feedback and they don’t even get read by anyone. I know this because they would reply to me talking about something I didn’t even mention in my email. One time they actually sent me a reply meant for another customer. The people that run this business have zero clue as to how to manage customer relationships. I don’t think they realize how pathetic it is that customers literally beg them to make the site better but instead it only gets worse… but like dude above said if people keep depositing they don’t care how bad it is.

One more thing and I’m done talking about this. One of our competitors, Cloudflare, who’s market share more focuses on DDoS comes out with reports every year. Latest report in 2021, DDoS attacks last less than 4 hours. While they’ve been on the rise, cybersecurity software has caught up to these attacks and the downtime has been increasingly shortened. Also the longest ever DDoS attack ever lasted 3 weeks, 2nd being 2 weeks. Mitigation through DDoS mitigation software usually only lasts a few hours before things improve, ie no multiple attacks. Again this is with the latest software upgrades.
Take this for whatever it is, but that’s the pure statistics

They really should… service has been bad. Agents not very kind or helpful. Just talk to you like robots. Some kind of compensation would make us high status players want to play more often. Otherwise looking at other betting sites these days

Poker Software worked for me all night and now its impossible to use. Either cant log in at all or when I can I try to join one of my tables and it just brings up a blank black table that I cant even close down when clicking the X. Have to completely exit of software to close the window which means Im then spending another 5 mins trying to get back in. Does anybody know of any tips or tricks that seem to help? Ive tried 4g, and wifi. Browser, software, and mobile. Nothing works.
They must have hacked European roulette…took my coveted 50 dollar compensation and made $1 bets on black times and red come up 46 of 50 times…no shit 46 of 50!!! Maybe the hackers are helping Bovada rig the games to get their precious compensation dollars back!!!
