I work in cybersecurity and one of the worst things you can do is keep your customers/clients in the dark!
Every industry deals with attacks daily. Why is this DDoS attack so much different than the others you’ve “managed” to deal with since day one? How many times have you given in and paid their ransom? Pay it once they’ll never stop attacking.
I get you automatically have a big target on your back as it is but not being transparent to us is now going to cost ypu big!
I expect a full disclosure press release when you’re “done” with their current waves. That’s the only way you might retain some of your customers.

Anybody received horrible service and lies by cyper p recently today?
