Same shit man. I was down to my last couple bucks before I got in the bonus. The first 2 spins were amazing 
. Then everything went away and I canāt do anything to get the round to retrigger. Been waiting for a rep/CS for over an hour now.

All we have asked for is a little money. updating us on the situation lastly is one thing form you. but there is no reason it should have taken this long for any kind of update. Either way, I appreciate you posting this, and hopefully this will be over soon.

Know the feelingā¦ Iām gonna mess around and see if I can maybe stunt the game back into its unfinished business somehowā¦ escalations can take wayy longer than 24-48 hoursā¦ hopefully this one actually gets looked at in that time frame if not beforeā¦ in past, despite such assurances Iāve had to reach out to get response, and resolution can sometimes take more than a week or just til ya too weak. Fingers crossed though

So when I place a live bet and the operation of the website is flawed, delayed (severely delayed) and that wager doesnāt impact my balance?!? That makes total sense. 
It should be a PR nightmare for Bovada. Clearly there was a lack of security provided on their end.
